How to not get sick from COVID-19

Look, the life as you know it now is on pause. Everything that had happen is disappointing and for the first time your life you feel that all hope is lost. Honestly, school, work and even church as establishment are crippled by covid-19 and it’s not going away. News anchors keeps on saying the same, “Numbers are rising and the doctors are working hard!” or “Stay at home and wash your hands.”rinse and repeat information. The only new information that everybody is getting are the ones that inform you big number of covid-19 cases and deaths cause by it. It’s too soon be overwhelmed by this disease. I believe this more than anyone else. By having a mask, goggles and some latex gloves, then everything can be okay.  If you can know how to spend your time outside without fear then know the three things that you have to put on you if you don’t want stay home!

One of the three objects you want to put on you is the mask and it’s okay but will not save you. Medical mask are design to prevent coughs or spits going through the mouth or nose. Germs are harmful to any nurse, doctor or medical assistance when dealing with ill or disease patients. So, a basic medical mask can help you from getting harmful germs to your mouth or nose. It’s just how it is but what about your eyes? That’s where the goggles come in.

Now, the goggles are very useful because it can prevent you from getting dust and germs. Nobody understand threat of getting infect through eye sockets. Have you seen 28 Days Later, the movie? One of the supporting charades got infected through the eye sockets of a dead person’s blood. He went violent and attempted to attack his friend but the infected man got killed by a guard near a quarantine zone. Although, it was an example from a movie, which I liked but the idea presents itself that the eyes should be covered up with a quality goggles. The best goggle to acquire was the rubber suction part of lens where it can protect your eyes all over. I have a swimming goggle with anti-fog designs that I can see through the lens no matter what.  You can get these from models or any sport stores, even from Amazon and other online stores. Which leaves us to the most important item and if you don’t want to buy hand sanitizers at all, then get gloves?

Yes, gloves can be your best friend in the outside world or even in your own home because it just that simple. Why not put on gloves to protect yourself from germs? Is it important to be cautious with everything you touch because of the virus? Covid-19 can last on an object for a while like any other virus in the world. Covid-19can spread from person to person with touch, coughs and sneezing just like the common cold. I believe that if you put on your gloves more often, then you can touch anything without fear of catching the virus. Always through the virus when you are done and put on new ones when. Anyone can either carry a box of gloves on them or hold on multiple pairs at a time no problem.

That’s basic requirement to prevent yourself from getting sick from the corona virus. Although, you can make a safe bet to stay home but if you can’t, then just be prepared to take that risk. Glove up, check your goggles and mask on. Be safe out there everyone!

When I was a kid, I'd always wanted to make my own show or movie for entertainment but now a days, I can do that with my computer and phone. So, the main time killer in our world right now is being on the web. Whether it be compute, smartphones or other devices use of internet access. There are a list of software that you can use to make skits or movies by downloading them for free.

 Shotcut, Openshot, Hitfilm Express, iMovie and many others you can google online. I use Videopad Videoeditor as my main software to create videos because it's free and the features like music inserts and photo overlapping are all there. Check out the names of the software that i mention above and make your own videos.

Working out at home feels great!

Since the epidemic, a lot of gyms has closed down because of it and everyone who goes will have to improvise. Working out in your home should not be a bad thing when it comes to not having your gym equipment. I'll tell you this, you don't need the casual stuff from the gym to stay or get fit.  With the internet at you mercy, the amount of information about working out without weights are almost limitless. There is no need to skip Leg Day, because your legs are your foundation for the rest of your body, in my opinion.
